Delivery

We aim to ship most orders within 24 hours of the order being placed and you will be notified if this is not possible.

Please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive before contacting us unless you have selected a timed delivery service.

If no one is available to take delivery of the package, it can be left in a safe place if available. Please note that as we prefer to use minimal plastic in our postage process a weather tight storage box or porch is recommended. 

Returns

Refunds

We really hope you love your items when you receive them but if for any reason you do need to return something, you can do so subject to the following conditions:

  1. It is within 14 days of receipt
  2. The item has not been worn and all tags, belts or accessories. are still attached
  3. The item is not marked, covered in animal hair, has no make up traces and no deodorant marks and does not smell of cigarettes, perfume etc.
  4. Please carefully fold the item with care and return it back to us, ideally in the bag we sent it to you in.

IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED TO US AFTER 14 CALENDAR DAYS A RETURN WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE AND THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

We do not currently cover the cost of returns - we are working on it! In the meantime please use our return label and the cost of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund. 

Please fill in the order receipt that will have arrived within your package, clearly stating that you would like a refund. If you do not have the paperwork that came in your parcel, pleas email caroline@lazeandlounge.com

 

Faulty Returns

If an item is in any way faulty please pop it back to us as above and be sure to include a note explaining the fault and we will get that sorted for you. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or item, then please return your original item for a refund and place another item via the site. 

We will always try to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow 3 working days from receipt of your parcel in the warehouse to action a refund. This may take longer during busy periods. We don't currently confirm individual returns but you will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

Please note once a refund has been actioned via PayPal it can take up to 5 working days to show in your account but it is usually within 2 hours..
